Have your kids ever wanted to join the circus? Well this is a perfect class for them. At each class we will work on different circus arts including: juggling, aerial silks, trapeze, acrobatics and more. Best part is absolutely no experience is needed :)

We will be using our 'Iron Minds' and 'Iron Bodies' in the Music and Voice class as we teach our Gymfit kids a wide variety of music elements: music reading, singing, rhythm and movement, music theory, and much more. Most importantly, we will have fun making music together. Each class will be set up for everyone to participate.

Our beginner aerial hoop ( also called lyra or cerceau) class is all about learning a creative and unique way to use the Lyra suspended in the air. Students will work on double point Lyra and learn fun new aerial poses and transitions, and will also explore sequencing as they learn what it feels like to flow and dance in the air.
Come hang from a real-life steel cube and learn beautiful poses and transitions with or without a partner
This class is all about learning to express your emotions in a creative and unique way using our aerial silks or a hammock suspended in the air. Students will learn amazing new aerial poses and transitions, and will also explore sequencing as they learn what it feels like to flow and dance in the air.
Learn basic pole fitness moves to get you moving around the pole comfortably and safely. You will also learn some easy but elegant spins. This course focuses on improving your strength, co-ordination and stamina.
Come fly with us at our AcroYoga class! This will be a great class for those looking to really expand their knowledge and abilities with partner acrobatics and acroyoga.
Come learn how to spin staff, tricking with hoops, poi, juggling and more!
Learn the basics of juggling with balls, clubs, and other props. You will also work on balancing drills.

In this intermediate class we will begin working "pops", "whips", transitions and more! No partner needed!
