AcroYoga: Come fly with us in a class that will expand your knowledge of yoga practices, combining acrobatics and fun
Adult Tumbling - This class is designed for beginners but open to all levels to come workout and play. We will mainly focus on back/forward rolls, handstand development, strength and flexibility progressing towards more difficult skills.
Aerial Silks - a form of gravity-defying creative movement featuring a column of fabric rigged overhead as the performer’s dance partner, on which she/he demonstrates acrobatic movements and poses.
Aerial Hoop (Lyra) - is a circular steel apparatus (resembling a hula hoop) suspended from the ceiling, on which circus artists may perform aerial acrobatics. It can be used static, spinning, or swinging.
Belly Dance Fitness: Learn traditional belly dance techniques in this high-energy fitness class
Boot Camp: A total body workout that is both challenging and fun; designed to increase strength, endurance, and coordination
Cycle: Basic and high intensity drills on the stationery bike, often simulating an outdoor ride (50-55 minutes)
Fab-Abs: Express abdominal exercises designed to strengthen and tone your core (15 minutes)
Freestyle Step: Step-Aerobics for intermediate attendees with intermediate to advanced choreography; must have basic understanding of step terminology
GymFit Blast - A high energy, full body circuit training clsss that focuses on core and flexibility.
GymFit Fight: Mixed martial arts and kickboxing in this total body strength training class
GymFit Flow: Incorporating yoga and pilates with athletic training to increase balance, mobility, flexibility, and overall strength
GymFit Power: Full-body toning class with high reps using adjustable barbells, plates, and your own body weight
GymFit Sculpt: Non-cardio classes increasing muscular endurance while using a variety of body toning props such as bands, tubes, weights, and medicine balls
Hip Hop: A high energy dance class for ages 16 and up taught by NFL Cheerleader, Dylon Hoffpauir
Jazz Funk: Jazz dance class for ages 16 and up taught by NFL Cheerleader, Dylon Hoffpauir
Kids Gymnastics/Tumbling: basic gymnastics and tumbling for ages 5 & up.
Kids Circus Arts: basic skills in juggling, gymnastic, flow arts and much more for kids age 5 & up.
Kids NinjaFit - high energy class that focuses on balance, coordination and agility while jumping and swimming from obstacles.
Kids Parkour - high energy class helping to develops kids safely through the art of movement.
Multi-Step: An advanced level step aerobics class using one or more steps
Pilates: Improve flexibility, build strength, and develop control and endurance in the entire body; putting emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance
Pi-Yo: Combining mat pilates and yoga to stretch and strengthen
Salsa Dance: High-energy Latin dance class, incorporating traditional salsa dance steps (no partner needed)
Senior Strength: A class for seniors designed to develop larger, stronger muscles by learning proper weightlifting techniques (45 minutes)
Senior Stretch: A class for seniors designed to increase mobility, flexibility, and range of motion by using various forms of equipment (45 minutes)
Silver Sneakers: A class for seniors designed to increase strength, cardiovascular endurance, mobility, coordination, and balance (45 minutes)
Spintensity: A cycling class using High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) both on and off the stationary bike (45 minutes)
Step Explosion: Step aerobics to improve fitness, agility, coordination, and strength
Trapeze (Static/Dance) - It is an aerial apparatus commonly found in circus performances. Trapeze acts may be static, spinning (rigged from a single point), swinging or flying, and may be performed solo, double, triple or as a group act.
Yoga: A mind/body class involving stretching and holding poses for balance, strength, and relaxation
Zumba: A dance class choreographed with Latin steps and to fun, Latin rhythm and music (45 minutes)
